His show, Cooking With Egg, is the next evolutionary step in culinary programming. Fresh, hip, and fast-paced, Cooking with Egg creates a unique style of culinary production were your host Chef Egg educates and entertains his younger generation of viewers with quick, fun, and easy ways to prepare and cook tasty dishes, meals, and snacks.

The philosophy behind the show is to use music, humor, energy, and Egg’s engaging personality, to entertain and keep the viewer’s attention. At the same time, the lessons, skills, and cooking information translate to the audience in a fun and memorable fashion.

Cooking With Egg has received rave reviews from viewers and critics alike. The show was a winner of the 2004 Indie Food Channel Competition and had an episode named as an Official Selection of the 2005 New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. Chef Egg shows his audience simple ways in which they can prepare and cook snacks and full meals, in a limited amount of time, using a small area, and without breaking the bank. Chef Egg’s mission is to truly teach younger viewers the fundamentals of being in the kitchen, preparing food, and using specific tools and methods. He wants to show them how to actually cook, and wants to teach useful real life skills, such as, kitchen safety, that will benefit them in the future - not just give them recipes to blindly follow.
