Protein Pineapple Power Smoothie

  • 1 C Ice
  • 2 C Pineapple, Chunks
  • 1/4 C Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger
  • 1/2 C Icelandic Skyr
  • 1 C Coconut Water
  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth
