I attended the 'Feast of the Italian 7 Fishes' demonstration in Baltimore. It was a great time! Educational and tasty, Chef Egg's offerings were figuratively seasoned by his charismatic presence and the unusual, complimentary talent to conversationally engage while working. How many of us expertly conducts his or her craft while multitasking in conversation and teaching others, no less? One easily gets a sense of his confidence and personality. These characteristics come through on account of Chef Egg's obvious passion for food and the culinary arts. His excited, idiosyncratic response "I'd eat that!" is delivered with a curiosity and imagination when proposing a menu on the fly or in consideration of the diverse, creativity of his audience. The feel was natural, the delivery was personal. The reflection upon the audience is confidence in their consumption of the programming. Again, what a great time. I'm definitely going to attend more demonstrations. -Danny; Baltimore, MD
