Let's keep it simple. The Chef Egg Live - V Day class is sold out, that is awesome! Next up, we have a very cool pop up class w/ The Local Oyster Bar in Mt. Vernon Marketplace. Tix are limited and almost sold out, so get them while they last. Next month, I am planning a hands on Mardi Gras class and an Indian class, tix will be up ASAP!

Join Chef Egg and Nick Schauman of the The Local Oyster at Mt. Vernon Marketplace. Learn about oyster aquaculture, and what to look and taste for in the wide variety of oysters available. Chef Egg will teach you how to pop open, stew, bake, and fry an exciting menu of oyster dishes like a pro!

Menu: Oyster Stew Pot Pie, Baked Oysters with Bacon w/ Horseradish and Parmesan, Fried Oysters Po Boy w/ Spicy Remoulade, Raw Oyster w. Proseco Granita
